Change Management

Our Change management process rests on two major assumptions which helps us to stand unique among our competitors:

»  The changes associated with technology implementations constitute an ongoing process rather      than an event with an end point after which the organization can expect to return to a      reasonably steady state
»  The various technological and organizational changes made during the ongoing process cannot,      by definition, all be anticipated ahead of time.

Our Change Management Process recognizes three different types of change:

»  Anticipated Changes- changes that are planned ahead of time and occur as intended
»  Emergent Changes- changes that arise spontaneously out of local innovation and which are not     originally anticipated or intended.
»  Opportunity-based- changes that are not anticipated ahead of time but are introduced     purposefully and intentionally during the change process in response to an unexpected     opportunity, event, or breakdown

Our Change management Model recognizes that technological change is an iterative series of different changes, many unpredictable at the start, that evolve out of practical experience with the new technologies.
